Lentimax is a contract manufacturer of a wide range of plastic, wood, paper / cardboard and metal components. Many of them are used by our clients for the production of retail displays and POS materials. We also make elements of interior design, visual communication systems, furniture, advertising campaigns.

Most of our work is done in UV printing technology. High-end SwissQPrint printers with the option of printing CMKYLmLc with white, varnish and primer, allow you to achieve many unconventional effects. We can print several hundred square meters of the highest quality on one shift, both on rigid and roll materials.
Another technology that we use is sublimation printing. Irreplaceable in the case of fabrics, including backlights or graphics applied to elements made of solid surface
Additionally, we are high-class specialists in the very demanding technology of lenticular printing. Our works have been awarded many times at international industry events.
There are many cutting technologies. We have most of them. Our cutters are equipped with oscillating knives, creasing tools, fabric knives, v-cut, kisscut, positioning cameras. Linear drives allow for very high cutting speeds wherever possible.
Machining is a huge field for the production of complex elements. Our CNC routers work in 4 axes, allowing for complex processing of wood and hard plastics. The machines are equipped with an advanced system of tables and vacuum pumps to keep small parts in position. Large gate clearances allow for the processing of molds for vacuum forming
Large fiberlaser by MAZAK Optiplex NEXUS 3015 allows us to cut any steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc sheets up to 10 mm thick. The best solution for all thin materials. 4KW and size of 1525 x 3050 mm do the work.
CO2 lasers for plastics give precise shapes and shiny edges. Our lasers allow us to process elements up to 3 meters high (1500×3100). The dual head system speeds up work on small details. Additionally to normal materials such as PMMA, wood, paper, we can also cut difficult once such as PET, HIPS.
Vacuum forming allows the production of many 3D shapes. Combined with the printing technology, it enables the production of complex and attractive visual details. We often use vacuum forming to apply printed coatings to MDF. This proprietary technology allows the production of furniture elements with a print on each side – also on the side edges.
Metal bendning is processed on Boschert G-Band, 3400 mm, 170 KN. Very efective machine with full digital control on whole process.
Thermal bending of plastics is a very common technology. Our bending machines can handle very thick materials (up to 20 mm) and make bends with a different radius
We have an advanced UV gluing station. The broad spectrum UV lamp allows the use of a wide range of adhesives. Digital dispensing machines offer high control over the amount of glue in the joint. We can perform ultra-clean gluing of transparent materials, including 45 deg
We make solid surface elements by Hi-Macs, Staron, Corian. In combination with a large-format vacuum press and sublimation printing technology, we obtain an advanced product
Joining materials using the lamination method is, contrary to appearances, a difficult and multi-thread technology. We have both flat and roll laminators, cold and hot. Such a large cross-section of the equipment allows for lamination of almost any material on any surface. We can laminate up to 4 material webs in one run. We can laminate both roll to roll, roll to flat and flat to flat.
Digital panel saw in combination with machines for edgebending both straight and curved gives the possibility of preparing furniture from MDF, plywood, HDF, chipboard. etc. Combination with vacuum presses makes it possible to laminate the surface with HPL.
We have a surface prepared for assembly and final packaging of finished units. Our team is great at dealing with projects that use advanced electronics.
We work in the most popular industry standards such as SolidWorks, Adobe, Rhino. We create technical solutions based on the customer’s visualization or technical drawings. In our R&D department, we develop unusual technological processes tailored to the needs of implementation.
